What is your comment for GNC Pro Performance products?
I do weights for a year now but I'm not really muscular for yet. In fact, I got some muscles, but not really show, because the layers of fat covering it, and I'm chubby. So, I plan to take GNC Pro Performance Products, mainly to make up my muscles and get rid of those unwanted fats. Can you guys experts out there give me some comments on them? 1) 100% Whey Protein 2) liquid L-carnitine (weight loss) 3) CLA (weight loss) I'm asian, 165cm tall, 94kg ,…. Is it advisable for me to Carnitien & CLA? I heard there is a risk of obtaining diabities taking CLA.
GNC products are just so Bad spend extra $ 5 on a better brand like ON, BSN, MuscleTech, Gaspari Take Optimum Nutrition 100% protein, and an L-cartinine BCAA CLA and dont do that much, I say its not worth the money. If you really want to use a supplement to lose weight, try hot and rox few minutes 15 more on treamill.
