BUSTED – (pardon the pun) Breast tissue is consists mainly of fat tissue. A loss of body fat means less breast size.

Weight training develops muscle tissue. Addendum of strength training will develop the underlying chest muscle and a woman can add more shape to your upper body, creating eye pleasing curves and attractive. Also, a good training program adds impressive chest high breaking the perfect fit in a dress or bikini.

To put it bluntly, the only way for a woman loses her breast size is if you lose a lot of body fat.

Women and Weight Training Myth # 3 – the muscle of a woman becoming fat if you stop weight training.

BUSTED – There is an astronomical amount of weight women who are not afraid to train their muscles somehow magically turn into fat if you stop weight training.

Again, muscle and fat are two completely different tissues responsible their own functions. Muscle is metabolically active (calorie burning) and fat is metabolically inactive (storage of fat).

Muscle can never, in any case, they become fat than fat can turn into muscle. You can only build muscle mass or lose or win or lose fat. The two separate tissues are not interchangeable.

Women and Weight Training Myth # 4 – muscle weighs more than fat.

BUSTED – No wonder this woman makes fun of statement. Dr. Phil has been known to say in his much-publicized weight loss book.

It is a fact that a pound of muscle and a pound of fat equal weight, one pound. What most women do not realize is that a pound of muscle is denser and takes up less space than a pound of fat.
