
I'm on a diet to lose weight muscle mantainence. I use whey protein and L-glutamine.How can I improve my diet?
I am happy with my results. I consume between 1800-2300 calories. (Rich in proteins, carbohydrates med (low sugar) and low fat) I complete with 50-70 grams of whey and 10-15 grams of L-glutamine. I drink as a bit of black coffee before exercise. I do 10-12 hours of cardio and 3 hours of weight free week. I'm no diet pills. I am happy with this regime, it seems to concentrate on reducing body fat and mantaining (building perhaps) muscle. but I'm always looking for improvement. Any suggestions??
