I have a high metabolism, so I was wondering if anyone knew a quick way to gain weight?
I went the doctor and he told me that I did not hyperthyroidism, and tried whey protein shakes every day and the development of muscle gain, it just does not cut it, the weight is never, I am physically healthy, I can not gain weight! His very frustrating because nobody cares about gaining weight, losing only about these days, lol. So if anyone has any suggestions on food or supplements nutrition that would help please let me know! 
He must eat more calories and more fat. Try banging your plan Food 500 calories per day for a few weeks and see if you gain weight. Calories stumble over if necessary.
